Earn Ohio Community Service Hours Remotely

When you enroll online, you'll access work-modules that you can do at your own pace. You can help us raise awareness online, or you can help us monitor and grade other participants' work in the program, or engage in rehabilitative 30 minute work-modules on dozens of different topics such as: Anger Management, Substance Use, and Personal Responsibility. Your activity is tracked and recorded inside the platform and later reviewed by a program supervisor who verifies the work you did and your hours. You can work from any device, any time of day.

Our program is widely used to fulfill court and school requirements. Policies can differ by case, so please confirm acceptance with your authority first. We provide documentation such as an enrollment verification letter that you can download after you enroll and give to your authority when you begin. When you finish your hours a work-supervisor will sign an hour log certificate for you after reviewing your work.

Yes—many participants complete hours related to arrest, diversion, or probation. Our content supports accountability and positive change for cases like this.

Yes. We provide a signed verification letter and an hour-log which will show all the work you have done with us and we can sign it if required by your school or court. You’ll have access to downloadable records for submission.

Yes. Participants don’t watch videos or just click through stuff - they actively engage, reflect, and learn - building personal responsibility and awareness along the way. While the work itself happens online, the outcomes show up in real-life - people come out more responsible, aware, and able to positively contribute to their families, workplaces, and communities... and this is the whole purpose of community service.

You’ll complete structured online service: learning modules, journaling reflections, peer-review tasks, and raising-awareness with us on projects. It can all be done from your computer or mobile phone.

Yes. The People Foundation is an IRS-recognized nonprofit organization. We are based out of Kootenai County, Idaho. Although we are based in Idaho, our community service programs are available nationwide in every U.S. state.
